The parking situation not good, staff especially Andi and Jadd went above and beyond, the only bad service we had was our server Christmas Day never helped us at all, we have booked a suite for our 50 th Wedding Anniversary, I’m hoping both of those employees are still there at that time

Great hotel.
Very clean hotel. Staff nice and friendly. Had a few issues that were resolved. Valet issues with my vehicle-they took responsibility and gave me a refund for the valet charge. Room service had to correct my order. Besides the mishaps, everything went well. I would definitely stay there again.

Tradition begins
This place is fabulous!! We loved our stay in the two queen ocean front view! Everything was amazing! I don’t have one negative thing to say! From Andi and Amanda at the front desk to Jade and Micheal in the Valet and all the rest of the staff who make you feel at home while you’re there! We will be back! This will become an annual event for my son and I!

Bed bugs and lies
The hotel was beautiful but upon laying down at night to sleep , I felt something crawling on me. I looked at my pillow and sheets and I had like 15 bed bugs crawling. I took pics, caught two in a cup and called the front desk. The young man they sent to my room confirmed the bed bugs as did the front desk the following morning. They moved us to a different floor and no issues. The bed was so hard I hurt my back sleeping on it. They did give me breakfast for free, but now I see it charged to my card. They also charged me the hotel room. I just am blown away. I had to wash every thing I brought in hot water and high heat dryer to ensure no bugs were brought home and leave my luggage outside. I’ve had hotels give days of free stay for less. Hotels.com should reimburse me as they are suppose to ensure the cleanliness of the properties they offer. Or at least demand it of the hotel.
