This condo is in a perfect location to experience everything Destin offers. If you don't feel like cooking, head to the many restaurants within walking distance. Absolutely love this place! The kitchen had everything you need to cook. It had a washer and dryer which came in handy with all the kids. The balcony had glass sliding doors to enter onto the balcony and to look out so I felt safe with my littles being out there. The beds were comfortable. It was decorated beautifully. Had to walk across the parking lot to get to the beach where we had chairs and umbrella set up every morning with our name on it. Very close to food and shopping. Definitely recommend the shrimp basket and their firecracker fries. 10 out of 10 would stay here again 10 out of 10 would stay here again

We loved the location of this condo complex, but the unit itself was lacking. The condo was not clean at all. There were grease splatters all over the stove and there were drips down the cabinets. There was dust on the furniture, and one of the chairs in the living room smelled so bad of vomit or spoiled milk that we had to move it to the far corner. The balcony had a huge puddle on it, so we weren’t able to use it. We were expecting beach towels to be provided, but none were. There were sheets and pillowcases for the pullout sofa, but no blanket. We ran out of toilet paper and no extra was provided. I messaged the rental company to see if we could have a late checkout but never received a response. I would gladly stay in this complex again, but not this unit or any other unit managed by Vacasa Rentals!

Beach view condo
The condo was lovely and very comfortable. We could hear the ocean from the balcony which was amazing. We were expecting the construction to be finished, but unfortunately, it is still ongoing. It didn't affect our stay, except occasionally, during the daytime, the noise from the construction prevented us from hearing the ocean from our balcony.

Relaxing, comfortable vacation.
Shoreline Towers has a great centralized location. Room was clean and comfortable. The size of the entire condo was excellent for our family of four. The kitchen was especially spacious! It was great to have the in -unit laundry, as well. We enjoyed the balcony. Only reasons not to give 5 stars are the construction and noise on the property and the guest beds did not have comforters, only thin blankets.

We came to Destin to visit our son & his family. Gulf Shore Towers is the best place for us. This was the first time we’ve stayed in this condo & it did not disappoint. Beautiful inside. Granite countertops, double oven, ice maker, wine cooler & a huge kitchen. It’s a great location with walkable casual dining & shopping necessities. Of course the beaches are perfect. Can’t wait for our next visit. We’ll be back & hope to stay longer.

So Wonderful!
We had the best time in Destin and staying here was such a big part of it! It was great to have a washer and dryer. Master has a king and 2nd bedroom has 2 queens so we had plenty of room for our family. This unit faces the beach and it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. Minutes away from both Target and Walmart. Another big plus was the included beach service. It includes an umbrella and 2 chairs. Be sure to check in with the people under the red canopy as you get on to the beach. They are super friendly and can direct you to where you need to be. You can also rent more chairs, umbrellas, and paddle boards from them. It was so relaxing to spend time on the beach. Please put on sunscreen - you will need it! The sun just hits different off that water. We would 100% stay here again! There is some exterior maintenance going on but it didn't bother us at all.

Centrally located but a lot of construction going on when we were there.
This property was clean. Ceiling fan in guess room squeaked real bad so could not be used at night. Water pressure was not good in the showers. The construction at the Shoreline towers was a nuisance when on the balcony. One of the elevators was not working the whole time we were there and the 1 working elevator flooded with water so had to go up and down 9 flights of stairs. Beach was very close. :) Would recommend renting here after construction is complete.

Major Renovation Noise and Mess
We loved the actual condo. It was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with gadgets, dishes and utensils. And, the view and proximity to the beach was great. However…the noise! It started a few minutes before 8 AM and lasted until 5 PM. One day they were removing wall siding outside of our bedroom window from 7:55-4:00. So, if you want to sleep in, have napping children or want to rest for an hour in the afternoon, it may not be possible. On top of all of that, the amount of dust created was insane. The workers had goggles and industrial face masks on while we had to walk right through it to get in and out of our room and to the elevator. There was “dust” everywhere and of course it tracked into the room. I would avoid this Gulf Shore Towers until the renovation is complete.

Our family of 4 took a vacation here and had a great time! We loved the privacy of this condo and the short walk to the beach! Everything you need was within a short driving distance from the condo. Comfortable and we did enjoy our visit. Recommendations: TV confusing to use, Repairs needed: microwave - to use could press one minute and add time, dishwasher left some things unclean, water dispenser on refrigerator didn’t work. Amenities skimpy. Had we known soap would be a sliver could have brought more. Dishwasher and washing machine had 2 pods each, no blanket for pull out sofa bed, 2 tiny dish towels, 6 bath towels for 8 people, 3 garbage bags for 5 days. A shopping trip to dollar store necessary. Had we been informed that the amenities were so limited we would have come with our own. Floors not that clean in corners and edges, dusty.

Amazing!
The condo was everything we needed and more! Great location, plenty of room for 4 of us. Would definitely rent this property again. Only small issue was the beds are super soft but that is just a personal preference. This really was a home away from home.
