Holiday Surf 321 is completely renovated and nicely decorated. This professionally designed condo encompasses mid-century and vintage coastal furnishings that exemplify nostalgia, comfort, and relaxation.

The gulf-front master suite with balcony access features a 60-inch flat-screen Smart TV. The master bedroom has a new king-sized bed with new mattress. The master bedroom also boasts floating nightstands and a mid-century dresser. The master bath has been completely redesigned with a sliding barn door, large vanity, walk-in shower with a rain head faucet, and light blue penny tile. The reclaimed wood mirror adds further vintage flair.

The second bedroom has its own remodeled bath with blue vanity, new tub, and subway tile. The guest bedroom features a custom built twin over queen bunk. Additionally, it has a large flat-screen TV & DVD player.

The living room boasts an L-shape sectional with plush pillows, custom reclaimed wood beam, beautiful furnishings, entertainment center, and 60-inch flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player.

The dining room features vintage chairs and table that comfortably seats six.

The remodeled kitchen features Meridian gray quartz counter-tops, subway tile backsplash, white upper cabinets, turquoise lower cabinets, and new refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The peninsula has vintage tin from the early 1900s. Directly across from the kitchen, the pantry door is from the 1800s, adding yet another custom vintage feel.

This 3rd floor unit’s location within the complex has spectacular views from balcony, master bedroom, and living and dining rooms. Excellent Property & Memorable Stay
Better than expected! Our first visit to Destin surpassed our expectations starting with our rental of this condo. Every detail in this condo was as pictured and accurately described, however the pictures don’t do it justice for every single meticulous detail taken into account to make this condo the perfect stay on the beach. Check-in and check-out were both very easy, there was always plenty of parking, and there are plenty of amenities in this building to make a vacation comfortable for the whole family. It’s just steps from room to the beautiful beach. We absolutely plan to be back and hope to book this very same room again in the future!

The condo was amazing, it was just as pictured and even better. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I do wish the master had a fan, as I'm a hot sleeper. Everything was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

Misrepresentation of furnishings.
If you are looking to rent this property based on the extensive description of the extremely unique furnishings, along with the extensive photos, as we did...DON'T! We arrived on Monday, May 10th, 2021, and after checking in and arriving at the property, we discovered little to no furniture in the living room and dining room. The property manager advised us that the owner had removed the previous furnishings 3 days prior, and the new furniture had not arrived yet. Furniture arrived the following day, and it was a black leather sofa and love seat, and a plain dining room table and chairs. No coffee table, no side tables, no accent chairs, no rugs, no accent pillows. Just a very basic couch, love seat, table and chairs. Absolutely none of the living room and dining room furniture described and photographed in the property listing. The property manger refunded our first nights stay, due to the total lack of furniture, but I have received no follow-up from the host or VRBO regarding my total dissatisfaction due to their misrepresentation and breach of contract. We absolutely rented this property based on the information provided in the VRBO listing, and that is not what they provided.

This place was really awesome and the room was excellent. The view we had was great.
We were very happy with this property and the room we stayed in. Had a excellent view and easy access to the beach. The free beach service was nice although you have to get up early to reserve a good spot. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed a quick trip away from our children. It was beautiful inside and very clean. Gorgeous view of the gulf and close to a lot of food and shopping places. Perfect location and very helpful at the front desk. We will be back next year for sure.

The condo was as adorable as the photos indicate. However, I was quite disappointed to discover there was no washer or dryer in our actual condo. We were advised we could use coin laundry machines on the property. Um, no thank you. Not for the amount of money we paid to rent this “adorable” condo. Also, disappointed that we were only given 3 towels per person and, again no washer/dryer. We were given the opportunity to exchange our linen twice during the week. That was a rough week of moist wet towels. Not a fan of that. Next, the “adorable” condo was lacking in the kitchen appliance and accessories department. Don’t plan on getting too extravagant with any meals or cocktails. Which with social distancing and more visitors staying in to eat, the owners should invest in a few more kitchen amenities. Lastly, was the incredibly LOUD air conditioner. It ran constantly and was so loud I called maintenance because I was concerned it was about to blow up. He advised, “you’re lucky, it’s blowing out really cold air, so it’s not broken”. He was right the air was cold, therefore I decided to choose my battles wisely. I prefer a LOUD working air conditioner to one that doesn’t blow out cold air. But, the condo was “adorable” as pictured.

4 Day Staycation - Unit 321
I booked this condo because I LOVED the way it looked on VRBO. The pictures are extremely accurate. It was decorated in such a cute vintage style. The staff was very friendly. Check in easy. The gym was nice and clean. The location was great. The XPlorie amenities were a nice extra to have. We used a deep sea fishing trip. The weather was very and during our stay. The no swim flags were out the entire trip which meant the pool was very busy when the rain slacked off. Sad to say we did not get much time outside. The only negative I would list is that there is not a washer and dryer directly in the unit. They are located on floors 4 & 6 and you pay per load. Overall we really enjoyed our condo and stay.
