Cairns ski resorts

Modern property across the street from the Cairns Esplanade. Shuttle service available (4x a day) to the town center (book it at the front desk) there are return shuttles as well, but we chose to walk back. The in house dining options were very good. Helpful and friendly staff. Some on-site parking, plenty of street parking. Comfortable rooms, the A/C really works well. Would stay there again.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms

Second time staying here and it won’t be our last. Great staff, location is close to a variety of dining options and the free bike hire is fantastic. The pool is awesome too, with plenty of lounge chairs for all.

An exceptional place with friendly staff who know exactly what they’re doing. As I checked out, I had to correct myself from “I’d like to check-out” to, “I guess I have to check out” - this property is really quite something. The lowest tier room I stayed in was still exceptionally designed with great amenities, a well-crafted (but slightly leaky on the floor!) shower room, and the internal lighting was wonderfully ambient and flexible depending on the mood for the day. The Dough Egberts coffee machine and pods were high-quality, the bed turnaround service was immaculate, and the letters to let us know when there were technical glitches were a great personal touch. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more of an induction when you arrive. I learnt only of the “bit at the back” by accident - the iPads in each room had information about some of the amenities in the place but didn’t mention the pool, the cute outside seating, and so on. But I will be coming back to stay at another Crystalbrook property the next time I’m in Australia for either work or pleasure.
