I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.., it’s brand new and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Bit of a gem this hotel, efficient and helpful staff, nice and varied food, comfortable and clean rooms, everything I look for and a good location. I have found my stay here easy and enjoyable, I would return.

The staff is excellent. Dining and drinking options are also aplenty.

Everyone was very welcoming and genuinely nice whether it was the service in their 3 restaurants, walking around in the hotel, or asking for information. Always willing to help even for a visit at the city market or a quick history tour of the hotel of the great explorers Stanley and Livingstone. Live music 3 times a week and the buffets were always very tasty.
