I booked this hotel for a short weekend stay. I initially booked it because it was affordable, close to the centre and the train station. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the hotel was. The staff were also very kind and informative x

The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. Very clean with housekeeping meeting our every need. The staff at the Front Desk cannot do enough for you, they are AMAZING, and feel like family. The staff in the breakfast room provide the best breakfast anywhere, and their attention to detail is exceptional. This is my favorite hotel ANYWHERE!!!!!! I can't wait to go back each year. Staff were superb and made every effort to accommodate our requests, from nooking activities through arranging transfers to a great experience with the mixologists at the hotel bar. A fabulous time

This was really a great property to stay. My wife and I stayed 10 days 9 nights in the Grand Deluxe Canal View room. We had a great view of the Rialto Bridge and Canal. The place is very strategic and central, being near the Realto Bridge. Sylvia and other staff were very helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay during the Venice Carnivale 2025. It's near food and groceries, so very convenient. Also a 10-12 minute walk to San Marco Square. Will definitely come back.
