The staff where very friendly nothing was a problem

Was good to get away. Pool was great, japanese restaurant was sensational, living reef was amazing too

I liked that it was tropical and the Wallaby's are almost tame. I liked the staff, who were always very helpful.

We didn’t realise until we arrived how big the Reef View Hotel was. We had a lovely, spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was very large too, with double sinks, a bath and shower. It was really convenient to have the shuttle for the ferry and to the airport. The Reef View was also a stopping point for the Island Shuttle and made getting around really easy. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. It was maybe just a blip but our first lunch in the restaurant wasn’t the best customer service experience - it took some time to get served and I had to speak to the host to request service. There afterwards it was fine.
