Lovely building. Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food in the restaurant. Good facilities. My only issue is that the layout of the building means you may have to walk a long way to your room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, if a little bit basic. Outside the building is mostly a golf course, would have been nice if there was somewhere to have a pleasant walk if you don't want to golf

Great hotel in great location Lovely art deco decor and building Amazing smell Only negative our room wasn’t serviced after first night so had to ring for necessary items which were supplied after call to reception

We had a really great stay at Hex, the children and us enjoyed the hotel, food, amenities and of course the zoo on the doorstep.
