Uncomprehending cleaners and dirty toilet

My stay was spontaneous.the workers are nice and polite but they did not wash my toilet only flushed the toilet without antiseptic I confronted the cleaner but my request wasn't complied..also I noticed that the same mop used to clean the toilet is what they use to mop the room..this made my stay very uncomfortable because I couldn't use the toilet properly nd I had to buy dettol and fresher for the toilet...the neatness of my toilet was compromised..but overall my stay was spontaneous..the view is beautiful and peaceful...the room is very comfortable and spacious.i wanted to complain to the manager but decided to put it here ...I suggest a superior should supervise what the cleaners have done because sometimes they do not do thier work properly and this will underrate the image of the hotel.

For Dubai, it is a great value. Not for those looking for luxury, but it is for those looking for a nice large accommodation for short pleasure visit or long business stay. No real restaurant, but complete kitchen within each room. In Dubai, most eat out anyway.

What you need at affordable price

Nice and clean hotel apartments in Oud Metha near Medical City. No restaurant, but each unit is fully equipped for those who prefer to prepare their own food.

Fantastic home from home

Fantastic 8 night stay at Roda Metha Suites while working in Dubai. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the apartment was fantastic with comfy bed, good bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Fantastic place to stay, especially for a work trip when you're looking for a home away from home. Local area was quiet with a couple of mini markets within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Nice pool and gym. About 15 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience

We had a pleasant stay at Roda Metha, through out our stay they staff were, friendly and helpful. Musa, and Hawa were really helpful, we would definitely recommend it to a friend and stay here again. If you are planning to cook for your self their is a perfectly functioning kitchenette, there are lots of supermarkets, meet shop, laundry, and ladies salon across the road, but if you want to do grocery shopping you could go to carrefour at the ground level Wafi mall, should you fancy going out for a coffee there is Starbucks at Movenpick, or the lobby cafeteria at movenpick or Grand Hyyat which are not that far away from each other. location wise it is very close to Wafi mall, Dubai mall, Gold Souq, and Dubai airport.

Excellent Hotel & Staff

New, clean & prestine condition Hotel Apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. Free water, coffee, tea, milk & sugar. Clean bedings &Towels. Bathrobe, slippers and etc are provided. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Wifi is good. Location is not so great but overall I love this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Great value accommodation in health care city

Really comfortable and clean hotel. The rooms are huge and good for long-term stays since there's a kitchen and washing machine. Great value, although the prices sky rocket when there's a convention nearby. The metro station was a bit of a walk, though you can take a bus or taxi there. I also had a great view of the city from my room.

Great value hotel

Great value hotel. The rooms are huge, clean, and comfortable. I was traveling for work, and it was nice to have a kitchen so I didn't have to eat out all the time. The laundry machine also allowed me to pack light and wash my clothes every few days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym is small but decent.

Convenient hotel

340 dirhams for a studio is a very good deal; however, my first impression when I entered is the hotel looks somewhat cheap (the elevator, walls, rugs), but then again it’s a cheap hotel. What was disappointing is the cleanliness of the towels, kitchen appliances, and the bathtub. They all needed cleaning because they had spots all over. Overall, the hotel is convenient for a day or two stay not more.

Awesome stay in Dubai

I was staying for 6 nights for new years in Dubai, and was awesome place to stay. Stuffs are helpful. I booked Deluxe Studio which is higher floor, my room was on 6th floor. This building has 7 floors and roof top for swimming pool and fitness center. Fyi, you can see the Burj Khalifa from the pool side. For fitness people, they have decent equipment such as dumbbell, bench, lat pull machine, treadmill. As for the room, very spacey because of high roof. Nice and clean kitchen had most of stuffs. Also Dubai Frame is near from the hotel. Overall, I recommend for couple to family. Definitely I will comeback next time. Attached pic is taken from the roof top pool.
