We checked in got to our room...bathroon had not bben cleaned they were anniyed to mive us to a different room, volleyball teams running in the hall and jumping in the floor above us nothing was done about it Was told breakfast was till 10 on a sunday, they wouldn't replace food at 9! The property was a great place the sleep, rooms and lobby were clean. The breakfast was contentinal and fairly decent. The only negatives is that Some carpets in hallways and common areas were ripped, Steem room wood broken and smelled like rotten wood. The pool area did not inspire confidence that it was cleaned or maintained well.

Short distance to WEM. Wonderfully hot, hot tub. Swimming pool with sauna room. Comfortable beds. One of the best hot/ cold breakfast food selections.

The Front manager (Ben) was the friendliest person ever and he was extremely accommodating. We had a problem with the lights and he offered to move us to a different room. I wish there was a little more variety when it came to the buffet breakfast.

The breakfast was really good and everyone we met there were lovely. The hallways and swimming area needed updating. The rugs were loose. Our linen in the room was dirty and stained, the tub hadnt been cleaned. The swimming pool and hot tub were filled with dirt and debris. It would also be nice to have a pool area just for adults.
