The room was fine. The restaurant for breakfast was dirty. No one clean tables or the buffet line. We sat at a table with dirty dishes. The buffet had dirty plates next to the food. The coffee and juice were empty.

Very comfortable stay, but needing some renovation
With signage still showing "Radisson" I assume there's been a recent ownership change. I hope this will expedite some much needed renovation. Main floor hallway carpets are buckled and a trip hazard. The coffee packets do not fit the in-room coffee makers. There is a time in the afternoon (2-4 pm) when neither the restaurant or the lounge is open. The lounge signs indicated opening at 4:00, but it was dark when we checked a 4:10 Rooms are nice, clean and the king-size bed was ultra-comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay.

My only issue was the temperature of the room. I couldn’t get the heat to turn below 25 C and my family was asleep so it’s not like I could call or switch rooms. But every other part of the hotel was nice. I would stay here again.

We had not ever stayed at this hotel in Edmonton but driven past it countless times. Thought we would give it a try. It was wonderful! The front staff was courteous to us all and so kind to our 4 year old daughter. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning hit the spot. Start to finish I would recommend. We'll definitely book again.

The property looked very nice from the outside, staff was nice. I stayed in the older part of the building, it was not very clean. After going to the front desk for the third time, I finally got some bottled water. They definitely need more vending machines.

The room is clean and quiet. The breakfast is very good, many varieties to choose. But the staff was talking to his colleague for a while during our check in. We usually do not mind waiting, but we were really tired at that time, since it was a long day for us. He did not tell us the time of the breakfast. We needed to search it online.
