It was all pretty good, the valet parking was a bonus just had to drive to the hotel and the rest was catered for, really loved that aspect. The breakfast was much better than most places, the food tasted fresh.

Wonderful 1 night stay. We booked a king size suite and it was very spacious. Bed was comfortable and the soaker tub was a pleasant surprise. Parking is a couple blocks away which is a small inconvenience but we didnt mind the short walk. The included breakfast was great with both hot and cold items. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

This place is a dump and certainly don’t say anything or you’ll be treated like a second class citizen. Rooms are beat up, filthy and well used. First room was horrible, moved us to another that was slightly better but across from a broken ice machine that randomly dispensed every hour. Gross. Avoid it.

Reviews appear to be mixed on this hotel so my expectations were low. Over all my short stay was comfortable & without incident. If you are looking for luxury this isn't your spot but everything was clean & comfy on the edge of cute. Great location with some not cookie cutter decor which is always a welcome change. Yes things are looking a little worn & for sure need more than two towels in the bathroom but overall I was pleasantly surprised & would stay here again.

We thought this was a really cute hotel. Lovely lobby and nice, large room. Staff wasn't overly friendly, but helpful enough. Loved the white noise system in the room to drown out street noise.

stayed for 5 days (2 pax) positive: 1. nice and cozy hotel (facility). 2. superb location. its near bars and resraurants negative: 2. front desk didnt even bother to act when I called & requested for a dental kit. 3. 1 complimentary 500 ml water was given every day, even though 2 persons were occupying the room. and I already informed them about it on the 1st day. (resulted for me buy to the nearest Circle K store for Water and Dental Kit (Toothbrush & Toothpaste) summary: did not met my expectation since the hotel was on the pricey side.

Unsure if Hotels.com worth it.
We went for our anniversary and was pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded. Entered the room which was freezing. We turned heat up and went for supper. Came back and was still freezing. Called front desk and was told he has had a lot of complaints from that side of property. He has no more space heaters but brought up 1 extra blanket. When checking out they advised me they were sorry that happened but couldn’t do anything for me as I booked on here. :( Needless to say Anniversary was spent freezing in bed when we should have been nice and hot! ☺️😉
