Nice, quiet, and convenient to the car rental drop off at airport. Also liked the self serve food choices in the lobby

Amazing

We checked in very late after a late arrival at the airport and were greeted warmly, and then very efficiently set up with our room keys and offered hot tea and hot chocolate. The room was clean and lovely and had a great view. We left our luggage in a locked room behind the front desk the following day and explored San Fran before heading back to the airport.

The guy who check us in is not very detailed in giving information. We have to ask where’s the elevator and if we need a parking pass. He literally told us our room number and wifi password and bye.

Room was really clean and recently renewed.

The room had ants so they changed our room. Was efficient but we wasted a bit of time changing rooms
