Our Modern home is centrally located in Fort Lauderdale with easy access to Downtown, Fort Lauderdale –Hollywood International Airport, the Port, Fort Lauderdale Beach, and major Fort Lauderdale, Miami and West Palm Beach attractions like the Broward Center for the Performing Art, BB&T Center, Hard Rock and American Airlines Arena.

The home is brand new construction and completely furnished with comfort in mind. The home offers complete privacy and guest parking right at its door.

Our Modern kitchen includes granite counters, wood cabinetry, LG kitchen appliances. Kitchen amenities Include dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee machine, toaster and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. This is a great space for hanging out.

The bedrooms are located on backside go the house for maximum privacy. All bedroom include queen size beds, flat panel tvs and 12 foot high ceilings in all of the rooms create an expansive feeling of space.

The master bath includes separate bath and shower as well as dual sink granite vanities. Start your morning off right with a nice cup of coffee on the back patio.

The guest bathroom has a tub and shower.

In the living room there is a flat screen television, wifi internet access throughout the home.
