The hotel was good because you can't beat a room with 2 queen beds with a full bathroom, and a sleeper sofa area with another full bathroom. This creates major convenience for 4 or 5 people staying in the same room. It is under construction so maybe they will fix a few things. Not all elevators were working. The pool seemed overly chlorinated. Great access to the beach. Evening reception was good but could do better with their "snacks". It was chips with salsa and broccoli, carrots, and celery with ranch. Breakfast was really good. They have an omelet station. Otherwise, good for the location but hotel could use some modernization to it.

Usually this hotel is so much fun to stay at , as well it has so much to offer However probably because of the weekend crowds , it was extremely busy , , and maybe not enough staff to keep up with demands of cleanness of the busy Areas specially pool areas , and bathrooms , bar Elevators not working so put more stress on crowds Still a good place for a weekend

Hotel needs some updating and room care needs to be improved. Lack of amenities in the bathrooms and offers free breakfast but not enough food to serve the clientele. Can do better as a resort. Location is the attraction but at some point the service needs to be better.

The property is currently under renovation mostly outside. My only issue in our room is that the water in the tub is not draining fast enough. The other thing is the pool, its dirty and i dont know if someone is checking the ph levels or if its being treated overnight. I actually didnt see anyone doing those checks.

It’s my first time in life I booked a hotels and construction and they don’t have access to the balcony. Refuse to give you another room and telling you everything is books you can check out or go somewhere else roaches in the hotel and clean parking is too expensive $26 an hour And Bad customer service people are rude
