I loved the facility and the walkable options for shopping and dining within .5 mile. The ONLY downside was when I called for shuttle service from the airport, the "front desk" did not answer the phone until my 4th attempt. The prior 3 calls rang for 5-10 minutes each without being picked up. They obviously needed more staff on duty.

I really don't appreciate when the website states that the pool is heated and hot tub as well and then you arrive at the property and neither were working!!! So disappointing when visiting Florida!

The first night - a fire alarm at 2:00 in the morning. Finally went off then two more bleeps of the alarm about 5 and 10 minutes later. No announcement, impossible to contact front desk just annoyance and confusion. The second time we stayed 10 days later, there was ANOTHER false fire alarm in the afternoon. There were also some small red ants around the refrigerator area. Not a place I would choose to stay again!

the first night we stayed at the property there was a fire alarm at 2:00 in the morning and then two more quick false alarms shortly thereafter. No announcement, no possibility of contacting the front desk, just pure annoyance and confusion. The second time we stayed at the facility 10 days later there was ANOTHER false fire alarm in the middle of the afternoon. Inform your guests of what is going on!!!!!!! There were small red ants that I noticed near the refrigerator. All in all not a place I would wish to return to.

I checked in the pillow had blood on it also stains on the sheets..i went down to change rooms they sent me upstairs the room was already occupied, i had to go back down stairs and ask for another room. Proceeded to the bar ordered chicken breast saw the cook caring my breast with his bare hands from the freezer instead of putting it in a bowl. I canceled the bartender asked why and i told him the reason he state the cook has gloves on. Which i stated he touched the freezer door with the same gloves. To mkae a long story short horrible experience

Heartless

I had to cancel because of a personal emergency. Hotels.com said it was up to the hotel whether they waived the cancellation fee. I explained the situation and other hotels graciously waived the fee, but not Hilton Garden Inn. They do not care about their customers.
