We stayed here for one night. We observed several outlets and lamps/bulbs not working. The tea cups still had water inside, maybe it was washed but never dried. The coffee machine was dirty and the base where the teapot sits was completely rusted.

The buildings are dated but looked well maintained and clean. Personable staff helped us by storing bags on early arrival. Lots of space, wonderful shower, the main bed was extremely soft if that’s what you like. The nearby broadwalk and ocean were wonderful. Some of the access roads are eclectic - more like back alleys.

The room I got was large, a living room/kitchen with dining area and separate bedroom. Each room had a TV. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Parking was easy on premises at $12 a day extra. An easy 1 minute walk to the boardwalk. Only downside was that the 2 AC units were kind of loud old wall units,\. A real bargain for the area. Definitely will come back

The room was great. The bed was comfortable, and the updates were nice. The only downfall was the air conditioner was really loud in the bedroom. Pet friendly my dog was pretty happy too. Had a hard time finding some grass for her to pee though.

We've stayed at this property several times. We even request a specific room now because we've found our favorite. The room is always well stocked & clean. The walk to the broadwalk and the beach is super convenient. The parking is tight but we've never had an issue. The front desk staff remains the same so you're not seeing new faces every time you visit.

The staff member we dealt with was very kind and helpful. We stayed at this hotel maybe 10 years prior and we loved it. This time, it was a little rough around the edges. It seemed worn from the weather and just not quite as cute and clean as I remembered it. Overall, it was decent enough. But definitely not luxury by any means.

Dated Property, but Definitely a VALUE
Front-desk service was EXCELLENT. Property is dated. Floor a little dirty when walking around. Otherwise an EXCELLENT VALUE very near the beach. Restaurants on the Boardwalk were very, very good.

The staff were very friendly, the property and room were generally clean, but it is older and it shows. I found the bed in my room fairly uncomfortable, its time for a new mattress
