The resort was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was the water temperature from the shower. It was cold or Luke warm. And the renovation was a little noisy but. Not too bad. I will stay again for sure

Very good location. I loved the quick access to the pool and the beach with an elevator. Part of the hotel is in renovation so it was a bit noisy. There were no beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel which was disappointing. But overall we had a great time

Pros: location - Winn Dixie, donkin, liquior store, McDonald’s across the street. Right on the beach! A lot of customers have been coming to this hotel for years - very friendly and helpful. Early check in and out for free. Not busy! Cons: going through construction but the new rooms lacked craftsmanship, bad design choices due to the bathroom. (No door on shower and water gets floor wet and the tile is glossy and slippery) No privacy on balconies, staff unhelpful and not knowledgeable. Mediocre cleanliness. On-site restaurant extremely expensive and tiki bar lacks fun and excitement. (We went next door to tiki bar)No microwaves in rooms as advertised. Beach is not up kept - garbage and debris. No music at the pool, tables, or umbrellas not unless you pay for a $50 cabana. Management: advice - not necessary to have full time staff for valet (no need for valet when parking lot is right there!) and towel attendant. Seems like a better way to manage the property by having towels accounted for when ppl check out like most properties do. Better yet - the bartender never has customers so they could do both jobs- shoot all 3!

The property was under heavy construction. The food/beverage were managed by an outside company and charges couldn't be billed to room but had to be paid as individual transactions. I had to keep payment on me at all times.

I've stayed here many times. I paid for a partial view but could only see the roof top AC units. The bathroom was very small. The elevators weren't working. TV remote didn't work well. The blackout curtains didn't work well. Very disappointed.

The property is on a nice beach and has a nice pool. The restaurant is also passable. The rooms feel outdated and you're an Uber ride both ways to the busier parts of Ft Lauderdale. The price/value is the reason this is 3 and not 4 star. It's priced as a high end resort and isn't. Staff was friendly.

The Ocean View was partial and does not actually face the pool or ocean at all. The hotel is older than I expected but still comfortable. The walls are very thin. We could hear our neighbors laughing and on the phone as if they were in the room with us. Staff was very pleasant. At checkout - payment was a challenge. My card was run 3 times and I am still waiting on the release of 1 of the attempts. I used a different card to pay so if using AMEX you might have issues.

The hotel itself was very good, clean, in an exceptional location. The room was good, clean. There was a construction going on in the neighbouring property, and it was very noisy. If not for the noise, this hotel's location offers really convenient stay, especially for people who love beach, and some beach related activities.

No hot water for 27 hours upon arrival!!! Couldn’t take a shower after all day traveling. No apologies, no compensation.no NOTHING! Hot water went out on the 3rd day of our stay as well. Go stay next door
