We had a great stay here. We enjoyed the waterview watching yachts and boats come and go. Facilities were clean and up to date. Walkable to a few restaurants and to the water taxi. Breakfast was great and area was clean and staff very nice. Front desk staff could brush up on friendliness and knowledge about hotel. Other than that this is a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The facility is great and beautiful but, I was shocked to find out that they don’t offer free parking and they charge you $40 per 24hrs of stay to park your car in their garage underneath the building on top of daily stay rate.

Overall, excellent intercoastal stay
Parking fee was a surprise. Amenities and structure well kept and clean staffing at night. Questionable has six people checking in waiting for one clerk that doesn’t know systems.
