Too loud next to the highway, I could hear loud cars all night long. There was a truck beeping in the parking lot outside our window at 4:30 a.m. Did not get any sleep at this property. The beds were very hard.

This property was understaffed and unable to handle the volume of people that were staying at the hotel. The staff that were there tried hard but couldn't keep up. Also Manager was not available when I asked to speak with him and did not respond to email that I sent either.

The hotel is really good. It is in a convenient location, nearby restaurants, fast food and a nice shopping mall. The room is comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast is pretty decent. Its staff is friendly and helpful. They also gave us welcome treats at check in. The hotel has a nice atmosphere. I’ll stay there again next time in Florida.

I was not happy with the first 2 nights I stayed at the hotel , I was on the side where the highway was and I was kept awake all night ! There was an issue where the girl at the desk said that there were too many rooms booked in my name . I got charged for 2 rooms that we did not use. !!! I am not happy with the lack of service at the hotel and Expedia , The second 2 night were better but they did not clean out rooms , replace the towels or glasses ! The water did not go down in the sink so I had to brush my teeth in the bathtub !! Ridiculous ! Let’s see if anyone reads this! !! I will be calling Expedia back to get my money back for the 3 rooms that I was charged and didn’t need or use. M !!
