Had to wait a half an hour to get my room key as the system was down. Based on staffs reaction this was a normal thing. I had to pay for parking, and the parking pass they gave me didn't work (went through 3 passes). Area seemed a little unsafe, and dirty.

This hotel is in very good condition, clean and with confortable facilities, staff was friendly and helpful. I did not like the surroundings, although it is relatively at walking distance from Las Olas Blvd it does not look safe to get there walking.

Staff were very pleasant and professional. The breakfast bar was exceptional and the dining staff were friendly and very hospitable. Although they are currently under construction, the room was very quiet, the common areas were clean and the staff is very knowledgeable with resources for free transportation, local restaurants and other activities and services. I loved my stay and would recommend it to anyone.
