Let’s make this place BETTER
We have stayed here and loved it. We came back this weekend & we dealt with some interesting road blocks. Human feces in the pool and they didn’t shut down the pool to clean. They scooped it out after reporting it & ppl kept swimming. Valet guys saying they’ll charge my Tesla for 50 dollars and not charging it, but not giving my money back. Donnie, the GM, was rude to my 6 year old child. No one would help me down grade or get money back when I chose to keep my ocean view room instead of ocean front. The pool has yellow scum lining the pool bc it’s not cleaned ever I’m assuming. Prices are high for food and drink. Positives- it’s the trump hotel! An awesome vibe. It has amazing potential, with the right team. We love the sushi restaurant in the hotel. We love the pool. We love that it’s on the beach! Please fix this place!

Strip mall across the street with anything you need. Publix, CVS, Burger King, pizzas, coffee shoppes, steak houses, Italian food, etc. Enjoy Mugs for a cortadito and Oliva for pizza n gelato. Got our Hertz rental car there too. Breeza convenience store for last minute no frills bathing suits. Hotel parking $50/night. Scan a bar code and the car is ready for you in 10 minutes in the front. Lounge and umbrella beach set up by the attendee. Beach food ordered and delivered to beach loungers. Birds stole a quesadilla right from our lap /tray as we ate. No efforts to deter the birds, sea gulls and pigeons. Pools and grounds area need a lot of updating. Not as impressive. Bigger pool’s water always seemed murky. Lap pool clear. Small convenience store in back of lobby. Japanese restaurant in lobby, another restaurant on 2nd floor. Morning coffee and tea in hospitality room always lacked tea bags. Not as clean. Toilet paper down to 1/3 in room and never replenished. Had to ask twice to no avail and ended up going to lobby to get a roll. Room was not cleaned our last night there. Check in was easy and quick. Pleasant desk employee! Line long, can benefit with one more desk person. There’s a sewer smell by the lobby hallway behind the front desk for the past 2 days.

It was ok. We went through a horrible beginning of the stay from delays to car rental issues. The only thing I would suggest if you have people staying there for a week. Please vacuum and sweep the rooms.

It was dirty. 1 robe for 4 people. Stains on the couch. Tub in the kids roo. Wouldnt drain. Very upset to be honest but the staff was great and so was the beach. The room was awful. Could have stayed elsewhere for cheaper with the same amenities.
