The hotel is very nice. The rooms need updating, the bathroom had mold the tub had broken pieces and the showerhead rusting. The staff is very helpful.

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at the Trump Hotel. The staff was consistently rude and unhelpful, setting a negative tone from the start. The room itself was in terrible condition: broken light fixtures, black mold, and cracks in the shower tiles and foundation. It was disgusting and felt unsafe. To make matters worse, the pool's fountain was out of service, further highlighting the hotel's neglect. This place should be condemned. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

The location is great. The rooms have a nice size. guest services don’t bring you what ask for in a timely manner without calling 3x. Stairs to the beach is a bit of a hassle. Elevator was broken to the beach. Why do you have to pay a resort fee when you’re paying for a hotel and the resort fee is not optional. Just include it in the original price.

From the valet parking to the cleaning lady’s everyone was so genuinely respectful, kind, very attentive to all of the guest. This is so far the best customer service I have ever received from all of the staff at the hotel. I am so grateful for how they treated us after having a horrible experience with priceless car rental. Thank you to all of the staff. They definitely turn my vacation in to a super unforgettable vacation. Thank you everyone.

First off, the staff at the resort were the most friendly, helpful and happy staff I’ve encountered in quite awhile. What a pleasure! The rooms were clean and spacious- definitely a plus. And I had an excellent night sleep every night we were there. The bed was perfect. So- Why the three stars? The hotel really needs to be updated. For example- there were no charging ports in the room! How does that happen in 2024? Furniture was chipped, lamps were falling off their fixture and there was not enough light in the room. The grounds around the pool and lounge are just a bit run down feeling. Would I stay there again? Likely, because it was clean, the beach was great and the staff was amazing. And the gym: Absolutely great equipment in excellent, safe condition. And super clean.

I had a wonderful stay. The pool and beach were prime for a quick business trip in Florida. Honestly the only downside was the room was worn with scratches on the wall, stains on the carpet, it didn’t feel as fresh as I imagined the Trump vibe would be. I will be coming back to the hotel for my next business trip!

For it to be a trump hotel very disappointing. It was extremely dirty and very run down. Nothing in the room was probably updated since the early 2000!!! Bathroom was disgusting. Not only that so many fees were added or taken from our card after the stay for literally nothing. Now I’m going to vote for KAMALA 2024
