Dog flit and piss in the passage in the entrance of the hotels the bed sheets and towels where dirty had to take it back for them to wash it properly only reason i stayed was because i book through a thrid party booking never again they use the towel to put on the dog urine in the hall way just nasty
Arrive I was welcome with a simile the young lady was very nice. The room was grate. full kitchen. good fridge and very, very clean. Next time I have to travel to the area I know where I am going to be staying.
Awful conditions, extremely dirty rooms, people are drugs asking me questions when I was waiting for my ride to pick me up because I refuse to stay in such awful conditions
This hotel was terrible and they had roaches. I told the front desk staff in which they told me they clean the room every two weeks. Unacceptable

Ended up not even checking in because the wheelchair room i specifically requested on the first floor i did not get , but was given one on the second floor but the elevator was out of service and i am not able to use stairs. The lady at the front desk however when i tried to check in was very sweet and tried her best to find a alternate room , but she didnt have anything that would be avaliable anytime soon

Dog barking and scratching was annoying is the early morning.
The barking of dogs on our floor started around 6 am on both days we stayed, and every time someone entered or left a room. Also, the only elevator the hotel had was out of order. We were on the third floor, so you can imagine it was challenging going up and down with suitcases and bags.

Staff was courteous, elevator not working, no ironing board or iron. Limited parking.
We made our reservation a little less than a week out from our stay. We learned ONLY after arriving the elevator had been out of service for some time. We were NOT notified at the time we made the reservation NOT anytime in between that this was the case. We should have been contacted/told of this situation so that we could have made other plans. We are both handicapped and walking stairs is nearly impossible. We had to Canx our plans for the evening because we could not go up and down the stairs multiple times. So the trip was a waste of time. Your desire for profit over customer service has lost you a repeat customer. We fully expect some sort of reimbursement for our inconvenience. When you don't find out until you are standing at the front desk checking in that the location is not meeting the standards, you don't have much choice in what to do. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT ONE OF YOUR LOCATIONS EVER AGAIN!!! We are going to tell everyone we meet not to use your facilities. I am a disabled Vet and being treated like this is unacceptable. You have other locations in the area we were staying where the elevator had been out of service for over two weeks at one location and over a month in another. That is unacceptable service. Given these are long stay hotels, I can't imagine how your tenets are dealing with such an inconvenience. We fully expect a complete refund of our hard earned money. You FAILED miserably at providing even a satisfactory experience.
