We were surprised about how small the lobby and the restaurant is. It is usually crowded with folks coming from or going to cruises sitting in the lobby with all their luggage waiting for transportation or to get to their rooms. The hotel could use updating. The carpet especially looks old. The room was nice but small.

There was never enough staff to assist visitors. The pool area was an embarrassment. The photos were a poor representation of the actual conditions. The chairs were falling apart and not enough for visitors. The carpet in the hallways was worn out. The neighborhood was questionable. Would not have booked this place if the conditions were honest on the advertisement. I was embarrassed with my family for me selecting this hotel to stay there.
