Absolutely horrible

I checked in after 1am due to flight being delayed. I requested a late checkout and they gave me a 12pm checkout. Then fast forward to 11am when housekeeping aggressively knocks on my door demanding I leave immediately. I explained that the front desk gave me a late check out when I checked in. Then about 11:30am housekeeping again aggressively knocks on the door while I was in the shower. I had to answer with only a towel on and had to re-explain that I had a late check out. Then at about 11:45am, when I already had all my bags on my back and in my hand I get a call from the front desk telling me they were going to charge me extra $ if I didn't leave immediately. I checked out at about 11:50 and asked them to explain why this has happened when I front desk had already confirmed I had a late check out at 12pm when I checked in. Apparently the front desk personnel when I checked in had not communicated this to the next shift. I had not slept much the week before and flew into fort Lauderdale late and needed some sleep (for safety reasons) before driving back to Tampa. Instead, I had them aggressively waking me up, having to answer the door in only a towel because I was in the shower and not being able to rest. I will NEVER stay here again!

Very clean, great staff. There was a very drunk guy staying at the hotel while we were there that made me feel unsafe at times. And another guy that hit arrested and then returned to the hotel afterwards.

The hotel staff were pleasant. The pool was nice, although the pool towels are very small. The parking was efficient for going on a cruise, just make sure you prepay for parking before you go. We took a Lyft to and from the port as it was cheaper than the $15 per person shuttle.

The staff was extremely rude, very condescending and not helpful. The keys were thrown at me when we had a bed bug issue. Do NOT Stay!!

Parking was very inconvenient and confusing by how you have to walk up and down the parking garage with no stairs or elevators then get on the elevator for your room inside. Just confusing. Also, only one wash cloth for 2 people in the room. Air conditioner leaked all over the floor as well.

Upon arrival parking garage might be cumbersome for anyone with a medium to large vehicle. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. However when we asked for more towels (in room there are two bath towels one hand towel and a washcloth) it took hours and ultimately we had to just take them off a housekeeping cart. All in all it worked for a short two night stay for a concert

They are understaffed…check in needs better design as it’s “L” shaped resulting in people just walking up to the desk from all directions…ie….people cutting the line.
