Room was the only spot clean. The common areas were filthy and all the seating strained. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. The staff were mildly pleasant, but certainly didn't go out of there way to make our stay more enjoyable.

It was a convenient option for all of us. We were taking a cruise and landed at Ft Lauderdale. This hotel offers a shuttle from the airport to the port (for a reasonable fee). The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, offering multiple dining options and public transportation, including on-site facilities. We had a room facing the street, and it was a little bit loud; the windows don't provide good soundproofing. The staff was cordial, and they have a virtual kiosk for check-in and check-out.

The Hotel's common areas are in need of a deep cleaning. The sofas and chairs all have stains and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. Overall, it was fine for our 1 night stay before our cruise, but would not be a destination stay, but would likely stay somewhere else next time.
