This hotel was very good for the most part. The staff said it was a heated pool, but it was not. The blackout curtain was very hard to move and needs some oil. The room is spacious. There are 3 drawers, not deep, to put clothes and an enclosed closet to hang up your clothes. The balcony is big and comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The have Dove hand lotion, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The breakfast was good with not much change day to day. There were no hot chocolate packets for my daughter, but they had a variety of tea bags. They had cinnamon rolls...yummy... The hotel is driving distance to the Ft. Myers bridge. There are restaurants down the street and around the hotel.

My husband and I Stayed for only a day, but we will definitely be back soon. The space was super clean. The breakfast was delicious. They had a cool pancake machine that made your pancakes for you so you don’t have to wait while getting done. And they let us check out later no questions asked.

What I did when I went into my room was I took a a washcloth and wash the floor in the bathroom when I was finished the washcloth was black like it was never washed on the right side of the sliding door where the curtain was look like someone urinated or spit something on the floor Totally unacceptable
