Everything was great, only minor consideration was the room (2 twin beds) was small but lovely. Excellent breakfast, we walk 5 miles a day so getting to the Kelvingrove was easy. I’ll stay there again when I return to Glasgow.

Fantastic hotel with great staff but the beds are brick solid! Could not get to sleep as the beds weren't comfy, too warm in the room even with air-con in and window open. Couldn't sleep! Unfortunately will not stay here again

Out of the town centre so it is in a relatively quiet location. Easy to reach on foot alongside the Clyde river path, about a twenty minute walk. it would be useful if the hotel could supply bus or train timetables for nearby routes. Staff were all very friendly creating a relaxed atmosphere

Busy, small but comfortable.
Reception Staff were very friendly. The room was a bit small, and had general damage to the furniture and bathroom counter. The bathroom was small, it was quite tricky to open the shower screen. We stayed 6 nights, and the room was serviced 4 times. The breakfast was good, but the space around the buffet was cramped and at busy times, they could have done with more staff. The Breakfast staff were mostly very friendly.

Hotel is in a great location, staff lovely and helpful but tiny rooms and bathroom is like a university pod. Very poor choice of breakfast for vegans or vegetarians and the fruit had seen better days.

Great hotel in great location
Room was extremely comfortable, location great and housekeeping good. Reception were polite and helpful and efficient. Great location for SWG3 for gigs and lovely to sit outside for breakfast or with a cup of tea on a morning - a bit of a walk to the centre but could also get a taxi for less than £10. Only negative was that the dressing table chair could have done with a clean/refresh

Small Queen room, quite dated. Very small bathroom! Room uncomfortably warm despite opening window and changing air con to cool. Multiple attempts to call reception but no answer. Approached them for fan and was advised they were too busy to answer the phone. Even to guests? Assured fan would be delivered but after 40 mins of waiting it was not and on our way out to an event we asked for it to be delivered for our return. Hair in the shower. Dirty splashes on tiles around sink. No USB sockets. One socket at bedside. No TV guide, we had to google a guide to see what was on. Basic TV channels, no international channels or DVD as per the room descriptions. No pay to view movies available either as per description. £7.50 for room service to be brought to your room! Snacks seriously overpriced! £5.50 for a packet of Haribo Gums!!!! Limited tea and coffee if you wanted more than 2 cups!
