Outstanding hotel and staff
Great hotel, impressive foyer and bar area. Friendly professional staff gave a warm welcome and were very attentive throughout the stay. Stunning room spotlessly clean. The pool and spa area are a real bonus and again the staff here were first class. Great breakfast with all the choice you could ever ask for and a enthusiastic and talented counter chef. Waiting staff were very friendly and complete professionals keeping a busy service moving with ease. 1st rate hotel in a good location for the city, arena and galleries. Hope to stay again soon. Thank you.

The only issue is the road leading to the hotel is very difficult to navigate to, but hotel was good Car park for a big car if difficult to get in and put

Pics showed balcony i didn't get balcony. We couldn't use the Pool and Spa because it was fully booked for almost 24hrs. The pool wasn't busy but attendant still refused us entry
