Clean property. Friendly staff. We stayed in the “superior” 2 bed apartment. I would definitely call it “standard” not superior. Photos online were NOT of the correct apartment. They showed the 1 bed superior which had been renovated. The 2 bed has much smaller kitchen & bathroom than pictured and was decorated in 1980. Not new decor. One of the single beds had a badly broken spring- unable to sleep on. The staff changed it out to new beds that day. Quick service. We were a little bit disappointed with the amount we paid for superior only to receive “standard”, however it was clean & close to the beach, restaurants & shopping.

This is the 2nd time stay and would certainly recommend, so close to shopping transport and the beach. We were upgraded to a bigger room and the view was beautiful After our flights were cancelled (twice) Kathy and the team were very kind to let us stay an extra night We will be returning and will recommend the Neptune to friends and family Thank-you Neptune

It was a good stay a little bit older place but was clean had every thing you needed price was good and the location is 5 stars very close to Pacific Fair the biggest shopping centre in the Gold Coast and are handy to Light rail and walking distance to the casino.
