Gothic Quarter luxury accommodation

We loved this boutique hotel. They had just changed their name from Hotel Colon to Lamaro days before. Rooms were spacious and very comfy. We loved the light color scale if everything, and the view of the Cathedral is worth staying here. Our only complain was that the heat stayed on, but they brought us a fan straight away so we slept great!

Location was the best part about this hotel, staff is also very kind and helpful. Only downside to the location is it may be a little noisy at night with the window open. But thats nothing against the hotel

Great property. The door to the front are locked and they buzz you in so it felt safe. Close to everything. Great balcony to people watch and good bathtub to soak at night. Would stay again!!

Pros: 1.Ultra-dark room: perfect for sleep 2. Breakfast: the range is astonishing for a 3 Star hotel 3. Manner of staff: good humoured, polite and ready to help. Cons: 1. Distance from the Metro: I have a disability so this was frustrating.

Experience was overall great. One thing that I recommend to have changed is the shower enclosures. While showering, water gets all over the floor. Otherwise is great.
