Pet friendly accommodation in Gothic Quarter

There was no washcloth for the bath - this would have been helpful to have. Also, an additional card for the electrical so I could leave my iPad charging while I was out.

I travel quite a lot and rarely leave reviews but I have to say this is a brilliant hotel, great location and excellent staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting me a taxi, and getting me into my room early.

Great location for the gothic quarter, shops,restaurants and metro. Lovely clean rooms with balcony. Really helpful staff. Great breakfast! Perfect stay

Stayed for 1 night before my cruise. Was upgraded to a balcony that over looked the street with music. Perfect location for walking. Chondy was excellent, as well as the staff at the front. You do have to walk about 2 min to the hotel as it is not accessible by car (not a deal for me at all but could be for those with mobility concerns).

Staff is wonderful and helpful. We'd come back with no hestation.
