We did a staycation to enjoy the sunset/sunrise on the beach. We stayed in a room with a balcony on the gulf side. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. My only two small inconveniences were only one trash can in the entire room/bathroom and the walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbor coughing ALL night long. At times it sounded as if she was next to our bed.

The property is located on Pensacola beach, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The restaurant is well staffed and the food was tasty. No issues with this hotel. Will stay there again.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. The lobby is a comfortable, inviting place to gather with friends for drinks, socializing, and games. The food at the restaurant was wonderful, as was the service. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is very nice. The pool is great, and beach access is easy. You can walk to the boardwalk, pier, shops, and other restaurants. The hotel also offers a complimentary golf cart shuttle when available.

This room was very beautiful and the beach is gorgeous but when I checked in I had a problem with my room. I reserved a room with an ocean view but ended up getting a room without the view. Besides that, everything else was great.

The resort was beautiful! Breathtaking views The people on the other hand… were unfriendly & rude. We tried to eat at the hotel restaurant… we seated ourselves per the sign hanging and no one came. After about 15 minutes we decided to leave. The bartender saw everything and didn’t even try to assist. Service at resort was not friendly at all.

Gorgeous!
Beautiful property, would definitely recommend and stay here again. The stagg is very friendly and the views cannot be beat. Pool is heated and warm for an evening swim. Beach access is perfect.

Lost it's charm 😩😩😩
Return Patrons of 4 times very disappointed this visit. Cleanliness was greatly needed.Hospitality was not found at all. Had to request items repeatedly and felt like since we visited during the a slower time of the year we were treated differently. Things in are room were halfway done. Customer service not found at all.I consider this my happy place and the standards have gone way down and I do not want this to happen. The shower alone was not up to the standards I was used to. Photos included. The noise level was horrible keeping us up more than one night during our 7 day stay.

Good, just not 4 star.
This hotel is beautiful in appearance. Location is great and beach area is not too crowded. Room keys are "sensitive". I had to have mine reset 3 days of out 6. Only got room cleaned once. They took all the dirty towles but left us none. When we call the front desk she said they would bring some up. After waiting 45 minutes my wife just went down and got them. They gave no apologies for no on bringing them and they were out of the small one you pit in front of the shower door. They said someone would bring that up and we never saw it either. A room close to us was smoking pot so we were not able to enjoy the balcony the first night there. Room was spacious but bed was so tall you had to run and jump in it. It was also very lumpy and didn't sleep well. The room was quiet though. Over all it was ok, just not a 4 star.
