Good hotel but can improve
My room had a very good view with windows that opened wide. The woman who checked me in (and was at the counter every day) was very nice and helpful. However, the fan in my room did not work, the fabrics on the bed did not feel good on my skin, there was no chair in my room, and the bathroom floor did not drain well after a shower.

Great value for your money. Nothing fancy, but clean, decent beds, and friendly staff. A bit difficult to communicate if you needed something out of the regular routine, and breakfast was alright.

Staff so nice, good breakfast and so inexpensive. Many foreign visitors but still a very Vietnamese experience. It's not the Fairmont, but its perfect for a few days in Cat Ba on a budget.

Overall it was good
Hotel was central. Next to a building site so fairly noisy, although this seems quite common everywhere. Breakfast was nice. It was clean, house keeping daily.

Value for money hotel in central location
A great value for money hotel with very friendly and helpful owners. Location is perfectly central for cat ba (many bars, restaurants, tour companies etc) but location is still quiet and only 5 minutes to the main pier where you can go to Haiphong. Rooms are modern and there’s daily housekeeping. Also free breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Great value hotel in perfect location
A lovely hotel that offers amazing value for money. Location is very central to cat ba less than 5 minute walk to the waterfront and 10-15 minutes walk from the beaches. Many great restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms are spacious and daily housekeeping each day. Lovely family who owns it.

Nice hotel and friendly staff
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean, had a TV and aircon. The hotel was quiet, down the end of an alley, so I could sleep well. The staff were lovely, very friendly. They provided breakfast and let me rent a scooter. I would stay here again and recommend it :)

前台老板娘人很热情，酒店离码头很近，走路200米左右，酒店在巷子里面，很安静，早餐很赞。

Hôtel à éviter absolument
Accueil inexistant. Horaires non respectés pour le petit-déjeuner. Photos très belles mais ne correspondant pas à la réalité. Vue sur terrain en travaux. Ensemble décevant. Seul point positif le prix (pas cher je sais pourquoi maintenant). Choisissez absolument un autre hôtel.

Great stay in Cat Ba
Clean and feels very new. Good breakfast with a few different choices (one vegetarian choice with fruits). The staff was wonderful, giving us information on what to do in Cat Ba upon arrival. Our rooms all had views of the picturesque, Vietnamese island life. Close to the action but still very quiet!

Parfait pour un séjour à dans l'île de Cat Ba,
Hôtel non onéreux et très sympa dans le centre de Cat Ba et à proximité de tous les bars,restaurants et commerces du centre ville. Les hôtes sont vraiment très amicaux et s'occupent intégralement des réservations. Chambre très propre et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Petit déjeuner occidental ou Vietnamien au choix, à réserver la veille au soir. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
