Airport shuttle only runs every hour. Toilet stopped working at 2a the day we checked out. Front desk said “you should have told us and we’d have come up to fix it”. At 2a with a 5a wake up, completely caught us off guard with how tone deaf that statement was. 2 kids under 5 (and they were with me when we talked to the front desk at 5:30a while checking out), it was so out of touch. There’s a courtyard right next door and several other hotels in the area which we’ll try next time (and you should as well)!

Great location close to Dulles airport. Liked the free airport shuttle and free breakfast. Staff were friendly. Got charged for parking even though I did not have a vehicle but they refunded it once I made them aware of the extra charge.
