When I checked in at the hotel they asked me for a guarantee, for that the amount of 50 dollars was required, an amount that has not yet been returned in its entirety, I request that I receive a cashback

I slept well.
The bed was comfortable and the bedding appeared clean but the sheets had holes in them. Water pressure could be improved. Breakfast buffet was good.

We just wanted to experience for one night at this hotel chain, the front service seemed not very interested in questions and answers,the room space is fair , the bathroom is dirty with personal hygiene on the toilet seat,and the breakfast is average. This is a bad experience compared with many others hotel that we had been through

Not anymore at this hotel
Started from the check in,I had to wait about half hour to check in after driving 10 hours from canafa,and I was so tired, no hand soad in the room,I went down to get some,because whenbyou call front desk,yhe answer will be we don't have staff. The breakfast so cheach,not too much varieties. We asked to clean up our room but they didn't. Don't waste your money and book at this hotel.by the way,the park fo $12.a night.
