I booked us into the JW suites/apartments rather than the hotel which is my mistake. The apartment we had was nice but lacked charm and some basic amenities. There wasn't any artwork on the walls. Just gray walls, gray furniture, gray floors. It was a very blank and drab space. We did have a balcony though and that was really nice. The kitchen did not have any towels, sponges, napkins, or soap so you can't wash or clean any of the dishes. When they brought up room service, they don't bring silverware so you have to use the silverware provided but there's no way to clean it up afterwards. I had to buy some disposable wash cloths in the store in the lobby. there is a lot within walking distance of this hotel. It's very centrally located. The staff was friendly and helpful though and all in all we had a nice stay.

Excellent stay, super clean, friendly staff and amazong breakfast. I must point out Binh at breakfast, his great smile really gives a fresh start and adds positive energy to the day! Thinh at concierge was also very helpful securing a driver for us for the day.

This JW is Unique it has Hotel side as well as fully furnished apartments building . The apartment are very clean and get serviced everyday as hotel room and 24hr room service. I would definitely recommend JW Marriot Saigon hotel if traveling for business and Apartment if you are with Family.

This Hotel appartments were very clean, had Everything you needed. Although was disappointed that there were no cooking equipment, dinner sets or cutlery supplies. But had cooking equipment ? It was in a very convenient location, the staff were lovely and so helpful. Pool was great! Perfect size for a cool down. We stayed on the lower floor and it was a bit noisy. Highly recommend requesting a higher floor.
