The front desk could not have been nicer. Room is beautiful and comfortable. I wish that the fan/light combo was separate in the bathroom.

Hotel is a little older, but I love how thick the wall and door are. Had a little leak problem but staff was amazing and moved me to another room without too much fuss.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent. All the staff was friendly. The front desk even called on day and asked if i wanted my room serviced. I will definitely stay here again.

The only non-stellar thing I have to say about our stay is that our original room’s water heater went out. They promptly moved us to a different room, but we could not connect to the WiFi in that room and our cell service seemed to be in a dead spot. But nothing major- the staff was exceptionally nice, attentive and accommodating, breakfast was filling, the room was clean and modern, the beach was just a hop, skip and a jump away, the room was a reasonable rate and we found the area to be perfect for our needs! I think we have found our new “home-tel” in Southern California! Hopefully next time Mother Nature cooperates!

Staff were kind and attentive to every need we had. That atmosphere was energetic and fun. We loved being able to choose from a variety of records to play in our room. We also loved the social hour and s’more roasting around the fire pits. We will definitely be returning!
