On the 3rd day of the Taylor swift concert I feel like this hotel still wasn’t prepared for the amount of guests. Over 30 people in line at check in and one person working. We decided to check in later. Still only one person behind the desk, still a wait in line at 1 am and she was responsible for the hotel store sales also. I was given keys to a room that was already occupied. Got a different room number and it was fine. The staff themselves were friendly but clearly stressed out. Management should be more prepared for events around the area especially with a completely booked hotel

Staff working Sunday afternoon assisted with a smooth and early check in. Hotel was full of people in town for the Taylor concert but staff kept everything running efficiently. Also the lady working overnight Sunday was helpful when i had to get some medicine from the shop for my daughter in the middle of the night.

The hotel restaurant did not have timely service. There might have been miscommunication between the staff, but we were seated and the waitress was not informed that we were there - the same thing happened to other parties as we were there. Food was tasty but dont count on fast service. Elevators were incredibly slow. Check in staff was very friendly.

I booked a room for 4 people (2 queen beds) but they gave us a king room. My kids had to sleep on the floor. They said we could switch at 12am but that’s crazy. Also, when we went to the first room they assigned us there wasn’t any blankets. The front desk was fine but it seemed liked they were overbooked and couldn’t keep us with the demands because of the concert.

This hotel reservation was for night three of a Taylor concert so i didnt expect everything to run smoothly but somehow it was still worse. I walk in to check in an hour after slated check in times began. I immediately had to wait in a cattle line for 1.5 HOURS to just get my room key. When i got to the desk, counter rep. Was telling everyone they did not have clean pillowcases yet but they could go up. With me, i ordered two queen beds and they had to clean a room for which i waited 30 minutes for while others got their keys. After that fiasco, i go to the elevators and one of the three were down as in disaasembled. The other two would not hold more than 4 people. I was on the 5th floor so i had to wait until we could fit into an elevator. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable as we had to settle for that and a King just to get the room. In the morning, another elevator had broken down so we were all forced to wait on the one elevator. No breakfast was served but they do advertise a bar restaurant that had no breakfast food in the menu. Starbucks was in the lobby area, but im not a fan of their coffee. All of these bad experiences while employees either openly complained about customers or each other. This is the worst Wyndham i have ever stayed at and i will have to think twice about using any of them again.

I loved the free shuttle to and from the airport. We did get food from the hotel restaurant and it was fine. The organization of check in was a bit crazy. Our room was mostly fine besides the dust caked into the air vents, that was concerning.
