The staff was top notch and very helpful. The elevators were really dirty. The blow dryer was broken and really sticky, the thermostat controller needed a new battery. The bed was super comfy though. Neighbors had company and was really loud. Could easily hear music from across the hall and two doors down.

Let me start with our room was in good condition. Now the bad, only 1 elevator worked, construction area all over. Although no noise very annoying. Again the staff was very pleasant and Helpful.

Check in was quick and easy the desk clerk was so helpful and polite and friendly. Really enjoy the hotel layout it was a quick one night stay before we finish our trip can't say enough very happy. Will definitely stay there again

Thanks for turning things around for us
We stayed only one night so we didn’t get to really experience it all, which was unfortunate. For the first part of our trip I made the mistake of thinking Airbnb could be a better option, it was not, just dirty and not customer centric. Coming to this hotel was such a relief. Now I know where to stay in the future when we visit. My son was so excited to be in the hotel. We received great service from Christian at checkin and from Rod who shuttled us to the airport. Thank you

Excellent customer service! The building appears to be a little dated from the outside, and the common areas are not updated, however, the room appeared to have a recent facelift and everything was clean and neat. I will definitely stay here again. I only stayed one night due to catching an early morning flight. Make sure to check in with the shuttle driver about the time that you need to leave for the airport. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes, however, they keep a logbook, to make sure, they are overbooked for the time you need.

Property is old and pictures are misleading since its only the lobby was renovated but not the rooms. Its still using 1990s radio clock. Room and hallway has musty smell.
