This property is under renovation however, it did not interfere with our stay at all. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did not hear any noise from the construction. We can’t wait to see the finished product on our next stay.

This hotel should not be open or taking reservations. This was truly disappointing and unacceptable. The Hampton did not live up to their part of the contract. We had no gym access, no lobby to hang out in with children or family, no 1st floor bathroom or ice machine, and the breakfast area is in a make shift room that didn’t have a table for a family of 4. The entrance/check-in is literally card tables in a construction zone with ceiling and walls ripped up, plastic hanging everywhere exposed cables/wires coming out of the floor, and no paint or furniture. The breakfast was terrible quality, we didn’t have blankets on our beds, cover sheet felt like sand paper and our AC leaked all over the floor. We booked the largest room and it didn’t have a door to the sink area. This was especially hard at night trying not to disturb our sleeping children. Truly truly disappointed that no one is willing to accept responsibility as this was inexcusable.

These property has an automatic shut off for the AC unit. I was told these by an employee when I called to report that my air was completely off and I did not turn it off. They said the housekeeping do not turn them off either that they are in an automatic shut off, turn off, the units . My guess is that they do this to save electricity. This is ridiculous. Every time I experience these things, it looks more and more like we live in a dictatorship and not a democracy. When have you hear about the hotel that automatic turn the AC unit off? People are paying for a room and the air conditioning ; Which is not optional in the United States.

It should be criminal to allow people to make reservations without informing them that your hotel is a wreck and under construction. There was no where to get drinks, snack… not even water. Really bad business practice.

Good stay but we’ll probably try some others too
It was a comfortable room. The bed was a little uncomfortable and the bedding was very flimsy. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the room was nice. I was also disappointed that the coffee maker did not take pods. On the upside, my niece lives in the area so this is on the list of places we would stay again but we will try some others first.
