There was no hot water in the morning. Trash was left all over our assigned floor. The front desk wouldn’t answer the phone for questions/complaints. The hotel was in disrepair. I should have refused to pay, but I didn’t. Hotels.com should not list this property in its folio.

I stayed here before and normally atay when I am having home repairs done. Positves are the dtaff: all of them working 11/15 to 11/18 were amazing and attentive. Drawbacks were the smells on the 2nd floor. Other guests smoking weed and bad plumbing? Water leak?

Very disappointed
I expressed my unpleasant smell of my room. It smelled of cigarette smoke and I had reserved a non-smoking room. I requested some deodorizer, which was never provided. The shower head dripped and would not turn off. When I advised of the situation, maintenance tightened the shower knob so much, I couldn’t turn it on to take a shower.

My main complaint was lack of housekeeping services. One room put out a pizza box and small bag of trash outside their door.Housekeeping didn’t pick it up before we left . It was there for 2+ days. We never had housekeeping show up either. Maybe they’re short staffed. The staff at the front were friendly, helpful and professional. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the nice time span that it was available.

Wonderful stay
The staff at this location was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful. When we extended our stay she was very accommodating to make sure that we were able to stay in our same room even when the hotel was extremely full. There were multiple things broken or out of use in the hotel. Such as the cooler for drinks downstairs so we had to go elsewhere to purchase drinks and the handle to the bedroom in our suite did not keep the door closed. When extended our stay the thing to make new room keys wouldn’t work for several hours so we didn’t have a room key. Other than that we had a great stay, comfortable, roomy suites. Very clean and new. Dog friendly, even for our large pup! Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Breakfast was also included and great every day!

My pros are the staff was very accommodating, friendly,and helpful. Jeb stood out the most.He made a delightful host. My cons there was a dirty ring in the tub, We purchased a room with a peloton bike. There was no bike! The gym bike was broken. The seat was broken, the screw that lifts and tightens was also broke. Glad there was a shopping center there ...That was my exercise.
