Luxury Amelia Island 2 BR / 2 Bath Condo Overlooking Pool


Amelia Landings has impeccably maintained beautiful tree filled grounds just minutes away from downtown Fernandina Beach. The condo is just a few minutes’ walk along a private boardwalk to 1st Ave and a public access to the beach. There is a pool side naturalistic picnic area for family and friends to relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery. The pool includes a shower and bathroom, new lounge chairs and several umbrella covered tables with seating. The green & red surfaced tennis court is a short distance beyond the pool. This unit is very nicely furnished and well maintained. It is located on the second floor of a 3 story building. (It is not handicap accessible as there are No Ramps or Elevators on premises.)

Amelia Landings is a pet-free community (No pets allowed). We do not allow smoking either on the balcony or indoors.

We enjoyed our stay in Tommy's clean and well-sited condo on Amelia Island. The location is good and love the access to beach, trail, and town. Tommy is a great host and makes sure that we feel comfortable and at home, even while on vacation. This was our second year staying here which reflects how much we like it. The property was clean, well cared for, and the perfect place for my party of three. The outdoor deck is great and definitely the best view of the pool. This is the second time we have stayed at Amelia Landings and love it! Our condo was nicely decorated and right next to the pool. The balcony has comfortable furniture for pleasant socializing while viewing the nature in the back. Tommy was a great host and was very responsive to any questions. Perfect getaway
Peaceful location, short walk to the beautiful beach where you can park right on the sand if you have 4wd or awd. This location is away from the crowds. Second floor condo, so you have a few steps. Wonderful lanai overlooking natural setting. Large pool and a pickleball court. Comfortable and efficient, just right for a couple or small family. No pets allowed in this condo community. Great bike/hiking trail starts a 1/2 block away. Short drive to historical fort and downtown area with shops and excellent restaurants. Salty Pelican is recommended, but try to get there by 5. Next time we'll stay longer! Loved it!
