Marathon Getaway

My group ran in the Donna Breast Cancer Marathon events. This has a spectacular view, was close to the start, had comfortable beds, and Jax Beach amenities near by. Highly recommend!

Incredible place

We had one of the best stays ever at this property. The place is right on the beach and was simple to get into with the help of Kevin. We had a few family and friends stop over and they all want to stay here based on location and all this place has to offer. I will definitely stay here in the future or at one of your other properties. Thanks, John

Great Family Vacation Spot

Beautiful Views

We loved being in a gated area. The views & sounds of the ocean were priceless. We truly loved the condo, the views, our host Kevin & our stay. Our only complaints: The furniture in the living room is becoming very worn & wasn't comfortable after awhile. (Our stay was at the beginning of April, so we stayed in quite a bit) The beds in the bunk room & master weren't very comfy. The guest room with the balcony; the window that overlooked the ocean was broke & boarded up. Kevin stated it was due to prior renters that opened the window during a windy day & it busted. The patio chairs are very worn. All that being said. We would for sure stay here again. Especially having gated access so we didn't have to worry about parking. Kevin was great to respond if we needed anything. I can't wait to visit Jax Beach again.

Great beach access with wonderful view!

Our family enjoyed the amazing views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean, easy beach access and the heated pool. The condominium complex was secure and all the people were friendly.

Good but no hot tub

This place was almost perfect, except that it was advertised as having a hot tub and I booked it counting on that, as we booked in November when the beach is quite cold. When I was unable to get the hot tub to work, I reached out to Kevin and was informed it needs a part so it's not been working. This feels like false advertising, as I would have booked somewhere else with a hot tub during such a cold month. However, other than that, the place was perfect, exactly as advertised, even bigger than it appears in the pictures. A lot of the towels smelled musty, like they were left in the laundry for too long, but easily fixed by rewashing. Would book here again if the hot tub works. Until it's working, the listing should definitely be updated.

Great Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our beach vacation at this property- it has everything you could ask for, and that view is amazing. Great location, good layout, stocked with everything, and I mean everything you need for the beach- chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, boogie boards- so awesome!

Lovely stay and Fantastic View

This condo is amazing and the views are worth every penny. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony and was very thankful for the table and chairs. Kitchen was very nice and big. TV's worked in main bedroom and living room which is where we watched them so I can't speak for the others. Minor issue with one toilet and contacted the host to let them know. They answered quickly and advised they would look at it. There's 3 1/2 baths in this condo so it was no worry to find another one!

Amazing views

The unit was large and open spectacular views from the massive balcony overlooking the ocean.The only thing I have to complain about was the 2nd bedroom which was very dated and one window in the bedroom was broken we could not use. That room really needs a facelift. Other than that everything else was great!!

4th of July Family vacation

The place looked amazing online and was even better in person. Beautiful and very spacious. The owner was easy to communicate with. This unit had a ton of supplies (kitchen supplies, pool towels/toys/equipment) and we had a perfect view from the balcony of the fireworks shot off of the Jacksonville Beach Pier.

Beautiful, spacious condo! Corner unit with large balcony, comfortable furniture, well stocked for everything we would need for our stay including beach equipment and beach towels. Resort was gated with security access to units. Felt very safe. Management very responsive to take care of our needs. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the property and surroundings. Having to take a key fob each time to enter was a little annoying. A key code (as we saw others use) would have been much more convenient for a walk on the beach, etc.

100th birthday party for my Mom

We were only a mile down the beach from the part so the location was perfect. The view was beautiful and my family from Seattle and Thailand thought it was perfect and I agreed. Our property manager Kevin was amazing. He responded to all my question very quickly and was there for us when we checked in. I was a manager for large real estate company in Jacksonville and I would recommend Kevin to my company in a heartbeat. He made the whole experience easy. Thanks Kevin, you’re the best.

Awesome location!

This is an amazing property in a great location in Jacksonville Beach. Kevin, the property manager, was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and provided everything you expect/need in a vacation rental home. To our surprise there was even stuff for the beach in the garage! The views are breathtaking, especially with the morning sunrise. Our son is stationed at Mayport so we will definitely be visiting again and will stay here!
