We had two rooms. Both rooms had roaches. The furniture was obviously old and well worn. Baseboards were missing in areas of the hallway.

Checked in and went to room. Walked in and room waa extremely cold so turned heat on to 75 and went straight to bed. Woke up at 7:30am and it was still cold in room. Could not stay another night

We thought the hotel offered a continental breakfast, but all they have is a restaurant you have to order online to purchase the food. It is an alright hotel, but would pay extra to stay somewhere else.

The staff were kind and welcoming, but the hotel was poorly maintained. I even saw cockroaches, which made the stay uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel but on our last night there were bed bugs. The manager did accommodated our stay. Thanks to my kids dad he sprayed the beds so I’m guessing that kept the bugs from coming out at first.

I was greeted and checked in by a fabulous desk agent. Very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Moderately firm. Great location. Only 15 min to the Mayo Clinic. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the toilet was broken and would run nonstop for a long time and that was extremely noisy. And under the table next to the front door was was a plastic bag with alcohol in it from someone that stayed there prior to me. I opened it and there was a dated receipt. Also, one other issue was that it was hard to get the room to a comfortable temperature. All in all, for the right price I'd go back.
