Room was nice. We love the fact how you cater to pets as well for people. Bar in your hotel was nice too and your wide selection of snacks and beverages available to purchase. Would definitely come back if we are in area. We were very please with our stay there.
The person that checked us in was amazing. She was super friendly and even upgraded us to a larger room. The hotel was clean, room was huge, and all the staff we encountered greeted us and was friendly. We stayed there for an event at the Dr Phillips Performance Center which is literally across the street so we were able to walk there and there are plenty of restaurants walking distance as well! Highly recommend this hotel.
Amazing Stay for a Celebratory Moment!
My mom and I chose to stay at this hotel because of its proximity to Winnie Palmer. My sister just had a baby! So we are a first time Aunt and Glamma! We LOVE our room! It's so spacious! Check-in was a breeze and the front desk person was very kind! Tonight, my mom and I had dinner and drinks at the bar and Baron was the kindest, sweetest, hospitable bartender ever! We had an awesome conversation with him! His service was above and beyond! He is wonderful! We loved sitting at the bar! We loved our food too! It was delicious and the cocktail Baron made me was incredible! We already can't wait to come back again! Thank you for making this special occasion in our lives so wonderful! We appreciate it so much and this experience will stay with us for life!
