Fantastic 3rd Floor Ocean View Condominium at 1800 Atlantic

Completely renovated, this unit features an entirely custom tiled unit. Fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, high-speed internet and cable.

Primary bedroom with a King, 2 twins in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room each room has new beds, and the guest bedroom can be converted to a King upon request.

Enjoy the desk area to send a post card back home or do a little work when needed. There is plenty of outdoor seating and enjoy a nice outdoor dinner on the dining table on the expansive private balcony while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and gardens.

This condominium is located near the nightlife, city center, airports and one of Key West city beaches just adjacent to the property. Relax in the Olympic Size Pool or soak off the day in the large hot tub or sauna. Your family, friends and even business partners will love my place!

Great Place in Uptown

We loved staying here. Very comfortable, well appointed, had everything we needed, CLEAN, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this be included when looking for a place in Uptown Key West.

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed the condo and location. Unfortunately, we were 1st hit w/ a (local) female in the elevator up to our floor with "I hope you are not partiers", in a snide and unforgiving voice. I'm 63 and my husband is 65, we are as quiet as you can be. So that was unfair to us to be 'greeted' that way on our first steps onto the property. Also, we requested the 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom to be turned into a king and it was never completed. Then we felt sand in the condo under our feet and we never went on to the beach. Lastly, we called Prop Mgmt on the last day there to ask for an extra hour check out the next day & a gentleman answered the phone w/o saying anything except 'Hello???'. So I asked if this was PM, he said it was and I just thought that was strange not answering the phone as "Hello, Property Mgmt, my name is .... How can I help you". When I requested the extra hour he said he'd have to get back to me. He never did. I called again and he did the same thing when answering. I reminded him of our conversation and he hemmed and hawed & finally said yes, but only till 11 am. That extra hour did help out a lot since our flight was at 2pm.

Enjoyed our stay!

Myself, my husband, and another couple spent a long weekend here and enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and comfortable, the pool was nice, and the beach is a quick walk around the corner. There’s also a few small convenience/liquor stores within walking distance. If you want to go down to the Duval St area, it was a $12-$19 Uber ride one way.

Pricey, but fully equipped with excellent location.

Pricey, but has views of the ocean although the unit is closer to the back street vs. ocean front. Large primary bedroom, bath suite including amazing 10FT or so shower with dual rain-shower heads. Easy walking distance to adjacent park beach and water-front walkway to airport and beyond. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Even included beach towels and chairs. Balcony is large with table, chairs, and a couple of loungers. Really liked the two coffee-maker options including K-Cup.

Great Place

Awesome place to stay. Very clean and well put together condo. We absolutely loved the large walk in shower. Place had everything we needed and the balcony was a place we hung out on every night. The pool was nice and clean as well but there was no beach we had to go further down for that. We rented a car and every place we went to was just about a 10-15 min drive so this is a great location. We got there late and there was no one in the lobby and we couldn’t get in until some other people who stayed there let us in as they were coming back in. That was a little frustrating. Took us a little bit to find the lockbox but other stayers were nice enough to help us out and told us they ran into the same issue. Other than that, great place and would definitely recommend.

Nice central location for Key West getaway

Comfortable unit with nice view. Enjoyed pool, but hot tub wasn’t working. Walking distance to Smathers Beach, but better to stay at onsite beach as there was lots of seaweed in the ocean. Had a good dinner at Hogfish Bar & Grill; great happy hour at the Boat House; and loved the Commotion on the Ocean sunset sail. Also enjoyed the Key West Garden Club at Higgs Beach that has lots of beautiful flowers.

Great stay!

Overall, everything was as expected. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We preferred the location because it was a 5 minute drive away from the major/busier areas. Neighbors and other guests were friendly and welcoming especially towards our kids. Only negative was the beach area was closed due to glass being washed up shore from a storm; which is out of anyone’s control.

Great condo! Plenty of space to stretch out. Balcony was nice for having morning coffee. Bed in master was super comfy. Pool and hot tub were nice. I did get quite a few bites from the no see ums.. recommend bug spray!

Check in process was a difficult because the code for building didn't work and it was after hours so no help from property management, finally had random people walking in the lobby who opened doors for us and we were able to get out packet from the mail box. Condo itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean, my sister has cleaning business and she was very impressed with cleanliness of the. place. would definitely recommend
