Breakfast is across the street. Parking is across the street (Federal Hwy), and even check in was across the street. Unfortunately, they were redoing the driveway outside our window and brick scraping began 8am (Saturday AND Sunday). Awnings do not open, so no view from room 203. Shared balcony is awkward when others can see inside your room through doors. No smart tv, so unable to stream any good channels. The good: location (walkable to many landmarks), omelette station was quick, staff is very kind, room is large & cool (great AC and ceiling fan), bathroom was adorable and clean. Definitely Not worth $900 for 2 nights (holiday weekend).

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, the bed was pretty comfortable. The issue we had was we could hear literally every footstep and every door close. So privacy was a bit of an issue

Key West charm, clean, and comfortable.
Perfect location, beautiful room and property. Walking across the street to the other hotel for check in and breakfast was fine, but would have been nicer to have those amenities on site. There is a beautiful community space on the property and it seems under utilized. Regardless, it was a nice place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Property is what at one point was a bed and breakfast but no longer room was ok kept very clean i stayed in the pool side room pool looks dated and very noisy when someone is in the pool there was alot of heavy street noise being off of Truman street over all ok putting everything else aside.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was within a 5 minute walk to Duval. Parking was covenient and safe for the car. The walk across the street to the main hotel only took 30 seconds to a minute. Breakfast was delicious with homemade omelettes pool-side. The neighborhood around it was kind of run-down. The room we had was great but it was bottom floor. With wood floors through-out, the people above were very loud and seemed to be awake all night. The entrance to our room was ground floor and maybe 50 feet from the sidewalk. Keep your doors locked! We did have someone try our door twice while we were there. Once in the middle of the night. All and all no complaints, but will search for something perhaps a bit further from the sidewalk and main drag of the town.
