Not a great experience at this hotel, especially the staff. We stayed for 3 nights and I am glad it wasn't longer than that. The staff really needs to be trained to more friendly, helpful and approachable. The free cart service is a nice service they offer but seeing the attitude and the face of the drivers when they picked us up put me off calling for a cart.Their scooter range that are available for hire really needs servicing and maintaining. We hired a scooter, we took it to the next town it was all fine when we parked it in their reception after lunch and went off to do a package tour. When we came back later in the evening , the scooter was punchered. The evening receptionist was so unhelpful, all she was interested in was pointing out we have to pay for it. Didn't help advice us on alternative ways or suggestions, just extra money money money! Not a drop of understanding their bikes also needs maintaining, It was a waste of evening for us. To top it off, we go back to the room and the AC wasn't working! Someone came to fix it but it stopped working again and again, so in the end we slept without ac, with water dripping down from the ceiling next to the ac!! Next day did pay for the puncture and paid extra to hire the scooter, we asked if we can hire it for few more hours extra due to last nights puncture issues and cancelled plans and again answer was yes but it costs 100 baht per hour! Really disappointing stay.They really need to heavily invest on maintance and staff
