Friendly staff and helpful staff, nice room, good selection of TV channels for films. The local area is bustling. Easy to get anywhere from the hotel. Good food court too.

Firstly, cleanliness was top-notch; the room and bathroom were spotless, and the linens were fresh. The quick check-in process was a breeze, saving me time and hassle after a long journey. The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities. Additionally, I felt safe throughout my stay, thanks to the hotel's security measures and attentive staff. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, efficiency, excellent location, and commitment to guest safety.

First class service from the moment we arrived (special thanks to Gary on the front desk), and the views of the harbour are stunning. Room was spacious, but having stayed in many Shangri-la properties this one feels a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment.

We arrived in Hong Kong early in the morning and, while we couldn’t check in right away, we were offered an upgrade for just USD 30 per night—a great value! We’re so glad we took it, as the upgraded room was spacious at 350 sq. ft., located on a high floor with a partial sea view, and in a newer, quieter tower. The bed was very comfortable, with a firmer mattress that provided excellent support, and the bathroom was large with double vanities—such a nice touch! The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to both Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui by walking through Kowloon Park. There are also plenty of dining options in the nearby shopping centers. The front desk and concierge staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!
