The room was so spacious and clean. The staff was extremely kind and friendly, which made my stay that much more enjoyable. They took time to talk with us and give us a few recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. When I come back to Kyoto, I will make sure to stay here every single time.

The room was extremely comfortable and had a microwave and toaster. The table and chair also made it easy to eat in the room. The bread breakfast with jams and fruit was also very nice.

This is very clean and new hotel, tucked away in a quiet alley. The location is very close to the Kyoto train station, transportation is convenient. Staffs are very friendly and nice, they speak fluent English, a big plus for foreign travelers. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Great place to stay in Kyoto

Beautiful room with very comfy beds, hosts are super helpful and friendly. Centrally located easy to get to subway and main Kyoto stations. Only minor let down is breakfast consists of jam and breads but if thats ok then this is the best place to stay in Kyoto. Also no dark shutters for window so be prepared to wake up early. Would be hard to not give it a 10 out of 10

Excellent service

I had an excellent experience at the Hachi Inn. The proprietors were friendly, polite, very adept in English and very helpful. The room was large, with its own kitchenette. It was also very clean and the care in the structure of the room was evident. The Inn is located right in the downtown, a short distance from the train station. Overall, an excellent experience. I plan to stay here again the next time I visit Kyoto.

The hotel is run by an amazing couple. So clean and the staff are always available and willing to help. It was our best accommodation throughout our trip in Japan. A big thumbs up. We will definitely book again!

Hachi Inn is a wonderful place to stay in Kyoto. The location is great; only 5 minutes walk from Kyoto station (handy if you plan to do some day trips from Kyoto) and a short walk from the river, bus stops and the metro. The staff at Hachi Inn are so lovey, friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, restful, clean and comfortable. Stay at Hachi Inn!

For me, Hachi Inn is the perfect hotel to stay in Kyoto. Walking distance to the Kyoto station and the rooms are quite spacious. Would definitely use again for another visit in Kyoto. Highly recommended.

旅館方便, 房間很大很清潔

最初只有少量評語還有點擔心旅館質素, 但入住後發覺旅館很好. 旅館員工雖然不懂中文及英文, 但員工非常友善,房間很大, 而且房間很清潔, 如房間能夠提供支裝水會更好, 不過旅館附近有便利店, 所以不是一個問題. 京都車站只需步行6分鐘左右, 非常方便 極力推薦
