Very rude staff. Doing the basics of their job was such an inconvenience for them. The rooms are dated and very little electrical outlets (half didn’t work). The pillows are the mush pillows that you need 4 of to try and get any neck support. Parking is across the street in a garage.

I would not use expedia for my travel arrangements anymore. Paid for suite to include separate room with couch and lounge area, got just a bed with bathroom. Sheraton claims expedia reservations come through as just regular rooms, although this Sheraton specifically advertises everything as suites. So still unsure who or what to believe. No credit was applied to account for overpayment. No resolve was offered by Sheraton staff. When questioned about breakfast afterward was offered a free pass valued at $18.
