Return visit...will come again.
Location is great on Whyte. Noisy university partiers post Halloween made me smile. Neighbourhood feels safe for solo traveller. Buses very handy. Breakfast included with helpful staff and an impressive spread was surprising. Loads of choices. Room way fine. Comfy bed. Very friendly staff.

Most importantly, the place was clean and everything worked. Location can't be beat, but know that Whyte Ave is bustling on the weekends, so if quiet is important, ask for a room facing NE. Only complaint would be about the quality of the pillows - they could be beefed up a bit!

Nice stay
Greeted nicely at checkin. Given choice of a jetted tub or spa shower. Valet parking included in rate, with Silver status. Great breakfast buffet. Helpful, kind breakfast staff. Also kind lounge staff in the evening. Enjoyed our stay!

Bathroom ceiling was blistering and peeling, shower head was ridiculously over pressured and uncomfortable to shower in, and the coffee maker was overly complicated. First one leaked water instead of making coffee and the second took forever to heat the water so we could make individual cups of coffee. Also coffee bar was not well stocked.... If two adults are staying in a room, providing one regular coffee capsule, but two espresso and one decaf is not logical at all.

It’s a really nice hotel and location is on Whyte Avenue where most of the entertainment venues and restaurants are. Unfortunately the parking is not at the hotel although there was free valet parking. Not surprisingly it’s pretty loud. We would stay there again.
