As a “by Hilton” property, I had expected a standardized level of service, but unfortunately, this stay fell short. Compared to other hotels in downtown Lethbridge, Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Lethbridge comes at a higher price without offering clear advantages in location (unless you're driving or planning daily visits to Henderson Lake), room size, or in-room features such as bathtubs.
If the hotel values guest feedback, I would strongly recommend improving staff selection and training. One female front desk attendant whose name begins with “Ce..” left a particularly negative impression due to her mechanical responses, unwelcoming attitude, and lack of follow-up, which significantly detracted from the stay. To be fair, not all staff were the same—Michelle, for example, was warm, helpful, and professional. The contrast highlights the need for consistent service quality that matches the Hilton name.
