It was a very short stay. Arrived late at night and left early the next morning. Did not explore the hotel. Was just breaking up a very long drive to my final destination

The staff at this property were great! Friendly front desk and the staff at the adjoining bar where we had a drink and dinner were very pleasant and efficient. The room 803 was right at the elevator and the street noise ( racing bikes) was very loud. The room was clean but very run down. The bathroom was awful. Old flooring and very grubby worn tub. The furniture was dinged and the carpet was in pieces at the door of the room.

Property was not what was expected from photos. Literally appalling on the outside and upon entering the lobby between the smell and the run down filth I turned around and requested a refund. Was speaking to a virtual agent who said they’d look into a refund. Waited 15 min and was messages that the property would get back to me/expedia in the morning. Haven’t heard a thing.

Outdated loud and bad odor
The room smelled like urine and stinky feet, the bathroom had mold and mildew in the shower and bath. There were a lot of loud drunks staying at the hotel. The elevator was really slow and outdated. The key card mechanisms are old and didn’t work very well and the room door got stuck trying to open it. But on a positive side the staff were friendly.
